Vlad Besedovskyy is the founder and the author of the books presented by Safar Publishing. Owner of huge collections of arms and equipemnt of soviet and Ukrainian armies, which were the foundation of the finished and upcoming books. Researching military and armed forces history since 2008 consequentially
lead to formalization in finished manuscripts.
