Born in Genoa in 1998, Francesco graduated with a Master’s degree in Security and International Relations from the University of Genoa. Passionate about history and the military world, he works as an analyst in the defense sector. A reenactor and young author, he specializes in the study and reconstruction of the Bosnian War’s equipment.

Thomas Anderson
Passionate about history, particularly firearms, Thomas collects World War I artifacts and is an active competitive shooter in France. He hosts the French YouTube channel “Le Feu aux Poudres,” where he presents firearm history with range tests. Fond of Swiss weapons for their quality, he chose to devote his first publication to them.

Vladyslav Besedovskyy
A retired reenactor and collector, Vlad now dedicates his expertise to developing Safar Publishing, supporting new authors, and raising the quality of works on military uniforms, equipment, and history. His lifelong passion for reenactment and collecting allows him to mentor writers and contribute to the preservation of military heritage.

Ingvar Horodetskiy
A Ukrainian history enthusiast and collector, Ihor studies World War II, the Soviet “Cold War” era, the First Chechen War, and the Ukrainian Army of 2014–2015. He also explores airborne forces from the USSR to Ukraine and Russia, with a focus on reenactment and equipment analysis. His research blends modern insights with historical interpretation.

Oleg Zabielin
А military photographer with more than twelve years of experience working with military and law enforcement units, as well as reenactment groups. “ I create military photography that goes beyond documentation. To immerse viewers in the world of soldiers, special forces, and police—through images of duty, resilience, and comradeship.

A small arms subject matter expert and firearms instructor, over the years he worked in over 20 different countries as a security contractor, armorer, field analyst, product manager, and consultant. His articles were published in the The Firearm Blog, Recoil magazine, Small Arms Review, Small Arms Defence Journal, Overt Defense and Silah Report.

Paul Neumann
A former naval person and Canadian cybersecurity professional, Paul also worked as a NATO consultant. He is passionate about history, especially naval history, and remains active in reenactment communities. Dedicated to exploring how naval conflicts shaped modern warfare, he combines professional expertise with his love of historical research and reenactment.
